Here's a panoramic view of my new studio. It's huge--really huge! I moved in today with help from Dan and our friend Mary Frances. It was a long tiring day but with three people we really seemed to make quick work of it. I went back this evening for a couple of hours and got dye concentrate mixed so I should be in business tomorrow.
I continue to be surprised that this day actually came.

This looks like paradise to me, Russ. Enjoy every minute of being there - I'm sure you will print even more beautiful fabric now that you have all this space!
Can you see me? I am deep green with envy! I'm still picking fabric scraps out of moving containers from a move into "our" house over a year ago.
Ugh, don't even talk about moving. It's just too disruptive. But moving in together, especially in a place that is new to both of you, is worth it. I moved in with Dan's house before we bought our first place together. That was also the first "living together" experience for either of us. It was much more of a transition than I expected. But that was 16 years ago... How did that happen?
What a great space Russ!
